Our History
Founded in 2025, Ozone Capital has been created to leverage the opportunities created by over 30 years of brokerage and management of Commercial Properties. The principals of Ozone have been commercial brokers and investors for many years. We have experience in the acquisition, renovation, leasing and operation of commercial properties all over Southern California. As operators of the Southern California offices of Sperry Van Ness (SVN) we have over 50 commercial brokers speaking with owners of property as well as tenants on a day to day basis. These relationships as well allow us access to properties that may or may not be publically listed. Our access to quality tenants allow us to quickly improve cash flow on the properties we acquire.
